PFT’s NFL Week 10 Picks

USA Today Sports

The good news is I went 10-3 last week. The bad news is that MDS went 11-2.

We only differed in one match. Thanks to Invaders (again), MDS got it right.

For the season, I’m now 87-49-1. MDS is 77-58-1.

This week, we differ over two games. For all week 10 picks, scroll away.

Hawks (-3) in the Panthers

take MDS: Steve Wilkes did a solid job of getting his team to not quit the season after Matt Roll was fired and traded. Christian McCaffrey. But as we saw last week against the Bengals, this Panthers are not good enough. The Hawks should win what could be another rather boring game Thursday night.

MDS selection: Falcons 23, Panthers 13.

Take Florio: Just 11 days after they fought an epic battle in Atlanta, these teams seem to be moving in very different directions.

fluoro choice: Falcons 27, Panthers 20.

Seahawks (+3) vs. Pirates

take MDS: German fans get an exciting game between two NFC leaderboards. Jeno Smith He’s played well this season, but Boss’ defense should be able to match well with him.

MDS selection: Pirates 17, Seahawks 13.

Take Florio: Joe will be the Super Bowl in Munich, and Tom Brady He knows a thing or two about thriving in this place.

fluoro choice: Pirates 22, Seahawks 17.

Vikings (+3.5) in Belize

take MDS: Josh Allen’s elbow condition might make me regret that choice, but so far I don’t see the Vikings playing a competitive game against the Bills who would be eager to recover from last week’s loss.

MDS selection: Bills 31, Vikings 17.

Take Florio: This choice is based on an educated guess that Josh Allen won’t play, and on the belief that the Minnesota crime is finding its groove, thanks T.J. Hockinson trade.

fluoro choice: Vikings 24, Bills 20.

Black (+3) in beers

take MDS: The Bears attack has been improved a lot since the coaching staff finally did what Bears fans were begging and left it Justin Fields He plays with his legs. They will have another good offensive match against a bad black defense.

MDS selection: bears 30, lions 20.

Take FlorioThe Bears have embraced the things Justin Fields does best, and could help Chicago chase down the latest NFC watershed.

fluoro choice: Bears 27, Lions 17.

Broncos (+3) in Titans

take MDS: Give Titans coach Mike Frapel a lot of credit for his team playing well despite the absence of a quarterback Ryan Taneyhill. And Frabel will beat coach Nathaniel Hackett and the Titans will win.

MDS selection: Titans 27, Bronco 20.

Take Florio: The Titans are simply in a different category than the Broncos.

fluoro choice: Titans 24, Bronco 14.

Jaguar (+9.5) in Chiefs

take MDS: The Jaguars have a knack for keeping games close, and I think they’ll do it again before they fail in Kansas City.

MDS selection: Chiefs 24, Jaguar 21.

Take Florio: After a slow show against the Titans, The Chiefs will be ready to deliver an easy knockout to an over-the-top opponent.

fluoro choice: Chiefs 35, Jaguar 17.

Browns (+3.5) in Dolphins

take MDS: Dolphins’ fast receivers will prove to be too much for the Browns sub in a high-score game.

MDS selection: Dolphin 35, Browns 28.

Take FlorioThe team he wanted to trade for Deshaun Watson Last year facing the team that did it. Without Watson in the field yet.

fluoro choice: Dolphin 31, Browns 24.

Texas (+5) in the Giants

take MDSThe Texans might be the worst team in the league, and the Giants would easily defeat them.

MDS selection: Giants 27, Texas 16.

Take Florio: The Giants had two weeks to prepare for this. They shouldn’t need two days.

fluoro choice: Giants 24, Texas 14.

The Saints (-2.5) at the Steelers

take MDS: Andy Dalton Not so good this year, but Kenny Beckett It was worse, and the Steelers will have a rough season as they go through the growing pains of the rookie quarterback.

MDS selection: Saints 27, Steelers 14.

Take Florio: A short week and the travel of saints. Goodbye week and home game for the Steelers. Throw in a dash of desperation and merit, Pittsburgh.

fluoro choice: Steelers 20, Saints 17.

Ponies (+6) in Raiders

take MDS: Given the turmoil surrounding the Colts this week – and given how terrible they looked last week – I find it hard to see them play competitively with anyone. Jim Irsai would like to see Jeff Saturday beat Josh McDaniels, but that’s not going to happen.

MDS selection: Raiders 27, Colts 12.

Take Florio: If Josh McDaniels loses this game, he and Frank Reich will be able to watch matches together for the rest of the season.

fluoro choice: Raiders 24, Colts 13.

Cowboys (-5) at Packers

take MDS: Aaron Rodgers He’s just not playing well, and I don’t see a lot of reason to believe he’s going to turn things around during the second half of the season.

MDS selection: Cowboys 28, Packers 20.

Take Florio: Mike McCarty takes revenge on a team that goes around the drain.

fluoro choice: Cowboys 31, Packers 17.

Cardinals (+3) in Rams

take MDS: Both teams are trying very hard to catch up with the Seahawks in the NFC West, which hasn’t been the way things were supposed to go this season. I don’t like the chances of the Rams or the Cardinals making the playoffs, but I think the Rams are a little closer to turning.

MDS selection: Rams 20, Cardinals 14.

Take Florio: with or without Matthew StaffordThe Rams are desperate enough to find a way to win this.

fluoro choice: Rams 26, Cardinals 20.

Chargers (+7) at 49ers

take MDS: This should be a close and exciting match, I see Jimmy Garoppolo Making a big late throw to make a difference.

MDS selection: 49ers 28, Chargers 24.

Take Florio: The 49ers are getting ready to move on.

fluoro choice: 49ers 34, Chargers 21.

Leaders (+11) in Eagles

take MDS: Leaders have played well since then Taylor Hynek He took over as quarterback, but they wouldn’t play well enough to give the Eagles much of the match.

MDS selection: Eagles 31, Leaders 13.

Take Florio: Joe Buck and Troy Aikman better be prepared to fill in a lot of trash time.

fluoro choice: Eagles 35, Leaders 10.
