Surrounded by lush greenery that provides plenty of privacy and a relaxed atmosphere, the home was purchased by Gwyneth Paltrow’s father and director and producer Bruce Paltrow in 1976.

According to Compass, the real estate agency, which holds the list, Jerome Dahan, co-founder of Citizens of Humanity and ‘7 for All Mankind’ bought the house in 2008.

Large windows let in plenty of natural light and create a comfortable yet sophisticated living space, and there are plenty of angles to explore.

One corner of the large, open kitchen has built-in seating with velvet blue upholstery, perfect for wrapping around a table and gathering for a meal.

The living room’s fireplace, nestled between two tall windows with views of the foliage, displays “the perfect blend of old-world elegance and modern luxury,” the listing says.

The 6,887-square-foot luxury 6-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home on 2020 Georgina Avenue, with listing maintained by Compass Agent Robert Lawrence Edie, is located in a duplex lot with a two-story guest house.

The hotel also includes a theater room, huge wardrobes, a large outdoor pool, fire pit and a balcony overlooking the outdoor space.
