This experience signals the imminent start of a significant improvement in the user journey to redeeming coupons, in campaign referral for CPG brands and for retailers to be compensated more quickly.

Vancouver, British Columbia, September 13, 2022 (Globe Newswire) – Phoebe AI . company (FOBI: TSXV FOBIF: OTCQB) (the “Company” or “FOBI”), the leading provider of real-time data analytics through artificial intelligence to drive customer activation and engagement, is pleased to announce that they are part of a group of 7 companies that launched One of the most expansive beta programs for 8,112 global digital coupons. Other participating companies included Wells Enterprises, makers of Blue Bunny Ice Cream, IT Retail, Lagree’s Food Stores, nData Services, SMS Promotions, and the Coupon Bureau (TCB).

Key Benefits for Customers, CPG Brands and Retailers

The trial program provides several key benefits:

  • Customers can redeem coupons directly from their mobile phone, without the need to print or cut coupons that may be forgotten at home.

  • CPG Brands can see how their campaigns are performing in real time and immediately make any necessary changes.

  • CPG Brands also has real-time coupon validation by TCB to reduce fraud. They will also be able to generate coupons for higher value items without worrying about the increased loss due to fraud.

  • Retailers will enjoy quickly settling and paying digital offers.

The pilot program provides the first digital redemption and real-time reconciliation of 8,112 coupons

The pilot trial, initially organized by nData Services, IT Retail, SMS Promotions and Qples by Fobi, was conducted at 3 LaGrees Food Stores in Colorado. Coupons for LaGrees customers of Blue Bunny ice cream created in Qples are sent by the Fobi platform to their mobile phones. Alternatively, customers can also use the Qples QR code on the in-store banners offered by SMS offers to download the voucher directly to their phone. When a customer buys their Blue Bunny ice cream at the check-out counter, they can show the coupon on their mobile phone, scan it and validate the coupon in real time, thanks to the integration provided by IT Retail. Once TCB validates the coupon and the customer receives their discount, it is sent to nData Services who settles the coupon, ensuring LaGrees receives the coupon much more quickly than older coupon programs. Finally, Qples by Fobi provides referral data through its online portal, helping Wells Enterprises understand how the campaign is performing in real time, and allowing them to make changes to improve the campaign mid-journey.

“The LaGree family is excited to continue our long history of bringing new innovations to Colorado, by partnering with Wells Enterprises and other service providers to deliver 8,112 digital offerings to our customers!” advertiser Megan unattractiveco-owner Lagres. LaGrees Food Stores is a second generation family business that has been proud to serve Colorado families for over 30 years. Founded by the LaGree family, this chain has a history of innovation, being one of the first grocery stores to adopt scanning technology in Colorado in the 1980s.

Jeff Hudson, Head of Integration at TCB He stated, “It was incredible to see these seven different companies come together to make the launch of the 8112 Universal Coupon Pilot a success. This beta build demonstrates that the new industry standard 8112 works flawlessly, and that there are significant benefits for all players involved. We look forward to seeing Extensive application of the 8112 global coupon standard on the market soon.”

Richard Sutton Retail IT Product Manager He stated: “At the ACP conference in 2019, the ACP announced that the voucher desk had acquired the contract to serve as a source for real-time voucher validation. For me, the lamp went off—finally a single point of truth for voucher data; I realized that this solution would provide improved validation. Validates coupons and solves coupon fraud in the U.S. Prior to 8112 by TCB, POS systems had little means to validate coupons with hashed data sources for family codes and non-compliance with 8110 standards to ensure correctly coded coupons with no way to prevent Duplicate CPG Offers. Abuse of 8110 coupons has resulted in significant losses for both retailers and CPG, so we are excited to see this come to an end.”

Val Stark, SMS Promo Manager He stated, “The future of the couponing industry is here now with the development and issuance of the 8112 barcode and coupon office. This will tighten controls, reduce fraud and give brands more direct contact with consumers. Both digital and print will benefit from the personalization of coupons.”

Sam Jonas, n data Executive Director He stated, “The advent of 8112 technology will democratize access to digital CPG offerings for thousands of retailers. It is truly a revolutionary development and nData is proud to be part of this value chain that expands promotional retail access while increasing retailer revenue by reducing costs associated with handling With coupons and fraud cases.”

Phoebe CEO Rob Anson He stated: “This pilot project for 8,112 global digital coupons is an important step forward in driving mass adoption. The ease of creating and distributing coupons provided by Fobi, along with attribution data for brands and retailers, is an essential part of this project. Another key element is that Fobi is the only company that enables brands to offer coupons via a website, app, or our mobile wallet passes, and now in-store, making it easier for customers to redeem their coupons.”

At this time, manufacturers of additional consumer products plan to offer a further 8,112 offers of this beta by the end of September to expand consumer options and savings.
